Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear as much as the run, so if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in the original mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
